For orders from €75, shipping will be free.
Returns and refunds
You can request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, in good condition, and in its original packaging whenever possible.
In the event of a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please contact us with your order number and photos or a video of the product.
